My wife Anna and I were currently renting a house at Cypress Creek in Boynton Beach. Although the end our lease term wasn't until November 15th, we had a landlord that wanted to sell her house and made it miserable for us to live there. I just started a new Job so I didn't have time to look and my wife works 5-6 days a week. I saw Mandy comment on a post on the Next Door app about being able to help someone looking for a rental. I messaged her asking her if she could help us. Mandy was the only one that responded to messages I sent to other Real Estate Brokers and we are so happy she did. She sent us detailed listings with what my wife and I needed and worked with our tight schedule. She was able to schedule a few rentals we wanted to see and I went with her and she was very attentive to all the details we asked for. I was able to find a great rental and she was with us thru every step in the whole process. We were able to move in within 2 weeks of her finding the apartment. We love where we are at in a safe gated community with great amenities. If you're looking for someone that will really work hard for you and make you feel very confident in the choices she makes then Mandy is the right person for the job. We thank you Mandy for helping us when we were in a bind. We definitely will be using you again.

She has the best contacts for inspections and almost anything you need. She is so personable and knowledgeable about finding things in the fine print of sellers contracts.
